
Lee Delahoussaye
Founder & Chief Consultant
Prior to forming Mindtap in 2014, Lee spent 15 years in interactive design, web development, digital project management, account service, digital strategy and business development at agencies including RAPP (Omnicom), Bottle Rocket (Ogilvy/WPP), Moroch Partners and TMP Worldwide.
He has worked with more than 20 Fortune 500 clients including McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Intuit and Dell; and his work has garnered ADDY, Press Club, Murrow and AP awards for excellence in digital communication.
Lee has served as the marketing advisor to the North Texas Enterprise Center (NTEC) and a mentor in the Frisco Independent School District’s Independent Study and Mentorship Program.
He studied bass performance at Musicians Institute in Los Angeles and Journalism at Louisiana State University and currently holds Inbound Marketing, HubSpot and HubSpot Partner certifications.

Brad Cantrill, CFP®, JD
Financial Services Marketing Advisor
Brad, a Certified Financial Planner with nearly 20 years of experience, advises Mindtap’s financial services marketing practice, with particular focus on the unique aspects of financial advisor marketing.
He is the owner and president of Cantrill Financial Group, a wealth management firm; and TaxLogix, a tax preparation service. Brad is a graduate of Austin College, and he holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
He lives in Frisco, TX with his wife Rachel and his two children Grant and Sarah. Outside of the office, Brad enjoys working out, duplicate bridge, and cheering on the local sports teams.

Alex Smirnov
Director, Technology
Alex came to Mindtap with nearly a decade of web development, IT consulting and project management experience that includes enterprise IT projects using WordPress, Microsoft Business Solutions, as well as CRM and a wide array of web development technologies including PHP(7), HTML(5), jQuery, CSS(3) and SCSS / SASS.
Fluent in English and Russian, he has helped build IT infrastructure and web presences for organizations across the US, UK, Japan and Russia including that of Sweden’s renowned IHM Business School, as well as global retail merchandising and field marketing services firm SPAR Group.
In addition to his technical capabilities, Alex has an extensive business background, having started and run an executive language school for nine years and completed coursework toward a MBA. He is Inbound Marketing and HubSpot Design Certified.
