As Mindtap CEO and as Chief Digital Strategist, Ellen leads the development of strategy, messaging and positioning, differentiation, and personas for our clients. Ellen leads a group of Mindtap digital strategists who are both industry and digital marketing experts. She works alongside Mindtap delivery teams and our clients’ teams to ensure customer satisfaction on each and every engagement.
Ellen’s experience stems from working for world-class financial services, technology, and professional services firms; having held key executive positions in financial services including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, London, Bankers Trust, and Accenture N.Y. – Financial Services industry practice. She holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
Chief Digital Officer & Creative Strategist
Lee’s role is to lead and provide oversight to the delivery team, which includes UX design, content development, SEO, and web development. He works closely with Ellen to ensure that deliverables remain aligned with client objectives.
Lee has more than fifteen years in creative, strategic, technical, and management roles at agencies including RAPP (Omnicom), Bottle Rocket (Ogilvy/WPP), Moroch, and TMP.
Lee has worked with brands such as Barclays, PepsiCo, McDonald’s, Dell, and ABC News. He has received HubSpot Impact, ADDY, RTNDA Murrow and AP Awards for his work in the digital space.
He holds a bachelors in Mass Communication/Journalism from Louisiana State University, and HubSpot Content Marketing, Agency Partner, Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software; and Google Ads certifications.
